Allan had a short career as a professional footballer before joining the financial services industry in 2006. He worked his way through the ranks with Bank of Scotland before becoming a financial adviser in 2009. He attained his Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) in 2012 and is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance. He made the step to become an IFA in January 2014 when he joined the company and is now Senior Financial Adviser at the firm. Allan is very personable and can easily breakdown our industry’s jargon to relay in simpler terms. He loves meeting new and existing clients, enhancing that all important relationship.
He is married to a teacher (insider knowledge) and has twin children. In his limited spare time he enjoys watching and playing football, family holidays and eating out. Allan’s claim to fame is his Scotland Schoolboys’ cap that he received during a schoolboy International with England.
