Home insurance benefits

Buildings – cover for the structure of your home including:

Claims helpline available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Your named personal claim manager will keep you informed throughout any claim you need to make – from beginning to end.
Plus they’ll call out approved tradespeople to make the emergency repairs you need and secure your property***.
Their workmanship comes with a 12-month guarantee, and we pay their bills directly (apart from the excess).
They can also refer you to other experts if you need to redecorate or rebuild.

Contents – cover for the contents of your home including:

Theft from your home, garden, garage or outbuildings
The replacement cost of locks for keys that have been lost or stolen
Free legal, tax and identity theft advice helplines operated by professional advisors.

Optional covers including:

Accidental damage - extend your home insurance policy to provide cover against accidental breakage or damage to your contents or buildings.
Personal belongings - Cover is available for loss or damage to your personal possessions, credit cards, money and bicycles anywhere in the world.

Following recent unprecedented disruption to many people’s travel plans, your EIS Annual Travel Policy has been significantly enhanced to offer greater protection for you and your family:

Life Insurance

There are many different types of Life Insurance cover.
